$70,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission.
The Opportunity
Our client, an established household goods mover, is hiring a consumer sales manager to lead residential move sales in the Chicago market. You will convert inbound leads, perform in-home and virtual surveys and build referral relationships that drive bookings.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound residential leads and convert them into booked moves.
- Conduct in-home and virtual surveys and prepare accurate estimates.
- Explain packing, storage, long-distance and specialty-item services to customers.
- Develop referral sources such as realtors, property managers and relocation partners.
- Track leads and bookings in CRM and meet monthly sales goals.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of consumer or residential moving sales, or comparable in-home consultative sales.
- Strong survey, estimating and closing skills.
- Comfort with CRM and moving estimating software.
- Professional, customer-first communication.
- Moving industry experience preferred.
