$150,000 base salary.
The Opportunity
Our client, a growing moving and storage company, is hiring a general manager to lead its Phoenix operation. You will own the P&L and be accountable for sales, operations, people, safety and customer experience, and you will build the branch's growth for the long term.
What You’ll Do
- Own branch profitability, budgeting and financial performance.
- Lead sales and operations teams, including hiring, coaching and accountability.
- Drive residential and commercial revenue growth and key account relationships.
- Oversee dispatch, warehouse, fleet, claims, safety and compliance.
- Represent the company in the Phoenix business community.
What You Bring
- Proven general management or senior operations experience, ideally in moving, storage or logistics.
- Full P&L ownership with a record of growth.
- Experience leading multi-department teams.
- Strong working knowledge of DOT / safety compliance and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on leader who is also comfortable selling.
