The Opportunity
Our client, a leading national moving and logistics company, is hiring a client-facing project manager for large commercial moves and workplace projects in the San Jose market. You will be the customer's primary point of contact from planning through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage commercial relocation, install and decommissioning projects from kickoff to close-out.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for customer facility and real estate teams.
- Build project schedules, budgets and staffing plans and track performance.
- Coordinate crews, vendors, building access, elevators, COIs and logistics.
- Resolve issues quickly and communicate status proactively.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of project management in commercial moving, workplace services, construction, FF&E or logistics.
- Strong planning, budgeting and customer communication skills.
- Comfortable working on site in occupied buildings and after hours.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools.
- PMP or similar is a plus.
