The Opportunity

Build a national book of workplace-services business by winning multi-site, multi-year corporate programs. Sell office churn moves, furniture installation, decommissioning, and asset storage to corporate real estate and facilities teams under master service agreements and preferred-vendor arrangements. This is an individual-contributor business-development role centered on originating new accounts. You will build most of your own pipeline and lead complex sales cycles, typically six to eighteen months, with the opportunity to develop recurring revenue across a customer’s portfolio over subsequent years.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, approach, and develop national corporate accounts, generating the majority of your pipeline through your own prospecting and relationships.
  • Scope and price workplace-services programs independently, bringing in operational expertise when the opportunity requires it.
  • Lead discovery, proposals, presentations, procurement discussions, and legal review through execution of master service agreements or preferred-vendor approvals.
  • Build referral and project relationships with commercial real estate brokers, project managers, furniture dealers, and architecture and design firms.
  • Respond to national requests for proposals and articulate a service approach that balances customer requirements, delivery capacity, and margin.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity stages, forecasts, next actions, and account plans in the CRM.
  • Develop initial agreements into ongoing programs across multiple locations and years.

What You Bring

  • Current experience selling commercial workplace services such as office moves, furniture installation, decommissioning, or asset management.
  • A demonstrated record of originating the majority of your own pipeline and converting it into revenue.
  • Experience closing enterprise agreements involving multiple decision-makers, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment in margin-based pricing, supported by disciplined CRM use and forecasting.
  • Established relationships with corporate real estate and facilities teams, commercial brokers, and project-management firms.
  • An existing book of business you can develop in the new role is a strong advantage.
  • CoreNet or IFMA involvement is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
